My name is Korey, but since childhood, I have been known as Skratch. I am a former Airman for the United States Air-force. While serving, I discovered a passion for the culinary trade. Since leaving the air-force, I have been pursuing my journeyman's license as an electrician apprentice! My passion for smoking meat and catering all size events remain a dream. Made from Skratch is the reality of that dream coming to life!
